Memory Support
The Memory Support community at St. Mary Manor is designed and staffed for the special needs of residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other types of memory impairments. This secure and home-like environment, which is part of our Assisted Living community, offers 24 hour supervision, assistance with daily dressing, bathing, and medications.
Our dedicated staff is extensively trained in caring for residents with dementia. The multi-disciplinary team of professional staff work together to develop and implement individualized service plans for each resident. Services include:
- Single or double accommodations located on a secured area
- Secured outdoor garden with paved walkways
- Three nutritious meals daily served in family-style dining room
- Individualized Service Plan
- Personal hygiene and grooming assistance
- Medication administration
- Incontinency management
- Weekly linen and housekeeping service
- Specialized recreational programs
